At Flat Rock Theological Seminary and Bible College, we understand not everyone has tens of thousands of dollars to throw down on education. We know times are hard, so we feel, as a Christian organization, before anything else that we should help to lift up our fellow brother and sister when we can. Therefore, you can enter any program for just 200 dollars down with monthly payments as low as 100 a month! (We also offer scholarships and grants if you qualify.)

100% Online 

Flat Rock Theological Seminary and Bible College programs are 100% online distance learning. This way, no matter where you are in the world you can work on getting that degree or certification in the convenience of your home or on the go. As long as you have internet and a computer, you're good to go!

Accelerated Courses

We know that most people come back to school because they are trying to quickly grab onto that promotion or to quickly gain employment in a new line of work. That is why so many students like our self-paced programs. Most of our degrees can be completed within 1 to 2 years if you are ambitious and have the time. Of course, on the contrary, if you need to take more time as you may have a busy schedule, you can take up to 5 years on a degree and up to 3 years on a certification. Our programs are truly geared toward accommodating working adults with their busy schedules in mind. We hold graduations twice a year!

Employment Assistance

Upon completion of any of our programs, we offer free employment assistance following your graduation from our School. Of course, there are no guarantees in life with the economy and world we live in today, but our employment specialists will help you with your resume and getting you lined up with possible job leads to help get you employed quickly.

How it Works

******Degrees and Certifications are 100% online and work at your own pace. If needed, we do accept payments of 200.00 up front and then we work out a monthly payment plan for the remainder of the tuition that is friendly to your budget.******

1. Select the program 

2. Contact us at flatrocktheologicalsemianry@yahoo.com to enroll so that you can get your student ID and get your studies itinerary.

3. Begin reading your textbooks one at a time and do your 15-page essay and section quizzes for each textbook. Send in your completed essay and assigned quizzes for each textbook for a grade, then move on to the next book. Degreed programs usually have 5-10 Textbooks. Certifications can have anywhere from 2-6 textbooks.

4. Listen to all scheduled lectures on your own time and complete the 10-page essay on each of those. Lectures are pre-recorded so you can tune in whenever it is convenient for you.

5. If you're in a doctorate program, begin your 10-page dissertation proposal. Once approved, begin your 100 page dissertation and start preparing for the verbal defense of your dissertation. (Approval for the dissertation proposal is usually within 7-10 business days of receipt.)

6. After completing all assigned textbooks and lectures in your itinerary, and upon receiving your final passing grade, prepare for graduation!

7. Graduation ceremonies are held twice a year in Charleston, WV, or you may opt to simply have your certification or diploma mailed to you. 

All courses will have books that will be assigned that you will have to purchase. We do offer a book plan if your situation requires it. You will be required to write papers on all courses and lectures pertaining to your chosen degree or certification to demonstrate proficiency in said subject matter.
