Doctor of Theology (Th.D.)
This degree is as much rooted in theology as it is in Christian leadership and administration.
You will learn and demonstrate that you have an exceptional understanding of systematic Christian theology, church organizational repair and funding of the mission, church recruiting methods, advanced apologetics, advanced teaching and leadership concepts, leadership in the modern church, bringing it all together as an organizational leader. This program requires a 100-page dissertation for completion of this program. You must have a master's degree in a relevant field for entry into this program.

Doctor of Christian Organizational Development (Ph.D.)
This program is geared toward those who already have a strong business background and are seeking to capstone their education in Christian theological practices, and business/organizational development.
Learn recruiting and retention implementation for the executive, corporate/non-profit finance, organizational administration for the executive, advanced organizational diagnostics, organizational development, change leadership, organizational change implementation. A 100-page dissertation is required for completion of this course along with a 6-month internship. You must already have a master's degree in a relevant field to apply for admission into this program.

Doctor of Christian Counseling (Ph.D.)
Set the bar and implement Godly wisdom and procedures for intercessors and counselors at your facility that is backed biblically.
You will learn and demonstrate proficiency in organizational leadership, spiritual guidance in a Christian setting, psychology for the Christian counselor, intercession leadership for the executive, mission set up and administration of counseling services and set up and implementation of facility counseling services. A 100-page dissertation is required for completion of this course. You must already have a master's degree in Christian counseling or a similar discipline to apply for enrollment into this course.
