This degree covers Old Testament and New Testament survey, eschatology, hermeneutics, apologetics, Christian ethics, song and praise worship, systematic theology, study of the early church, Christian sacraments, intercession and counseling, organizational leadership basics, administrative organization, effective communication of a leader, and preaching practices.

Associate of Theology (Th.AA)

Associate Pastor Certification

This is a dual Degree/Certification that ensures you learn good all-around leadership and effective ministry skills. You will get a base understanding in theology, counseling, public speaking, preaching styles, Old and New Testament studies, intercession, effective communication of a leader, and Christian doctrine in general. This certification is geared for the Christian leader to get a solid base education in ministry leadership and ministerial duties.

This course is 80 credits

Youth Ministry Certification

Learn about reaching and helping the younger generation understand the Word of God and how He relates to them in their life. Learn how to instruct these young men and women so that you are enabled to culture and develop tomorrow's leaders through the use of various programs and various proven teaching methods. Learn engagement methods that are relevant to the age group you're teaching. You will learn how to teach on the basic foundation blocks of following Jesus such as prayer, worship, and the Ten Commandments break down, and historical facts about the Word of God as well as the biblical historical accounts that are appropriate for the age group being taught and how best to deliver them.

Most people finish this course in about 3-6 months and costs 1500.00

Security Trainer Certification

This course is taught by prior military and private security industry personnel. You will learn about perimeter security, deterrents, camera placement, active shooter drills, counter terrorism techniques, and de-escalation techniques. This course requires hands on training in firearms, martial arts, and team protection techniques for 2 weeks in Charleston, West Virgina. The hands-on portion is not meant to be all inclusive but to give you a solid foundation to build on once you are back in your own community. This course includes the cost of tuition, the hotel, and supper every day while you are in West Virgina. We advise you to bring your own pistol that you will carry daily and 250 rounds of ammo. If you do not have your own, you can rent a pistol to use here at the training facility plus the cost of the ammo. This course will get you ready to lead a team and is geared towards group protective security concepts. We do give group discounts for this course if you are interested. Must be 21 to attend the skills portion of this course.

Christian Counselor and Intercessor Certification

Be ready to assist your fellow church members and family with this course. Learn about sin and the human condition and what the Bible has to say about the most common issues of our day and how to mediate the instruction of the Gospel to remedy common issues of those who come to you for help. Also, in this course you will learn about the various methods of prayer. Why, when, and how they are used to get the maximum effect for you and your groups effort.
